All events must follow church policies regarding no alcohol, and conduct.
Decorations and setup must be approved to prevent damage.
Fees vary based on space, event type, and length of use.

Looking for a safe, clean, and fully air-conditioned space to host your child’s next birthday party or small gathering? The Historic Ebenezer Methodist Church is happy to open our vibrant, pre-styled Kid City Safari Suite to our church family and local community!
Where Your Donation Goes: 100% of these facility donations directly fund our weekly Kid City children's ministries, neighborhood outreach programs, church ministries and the preservation of our historic church home.
Our specialized space is beautifully outfitted with a Boho Safari theme designed specifically for children ages 5–11 (Kindergarten through 5th Grade). It offers a wonderful, worry-free, and picture-ready environment for families.
Zero Decorating Required: Beautiful, pre-styled Boho Safari themed room.
Built-in Active Play: Indoor Slide, Climber, and custom Lego Building Included

Thank you for your suggested facility usage donation to the Historic Ebenezer Methodist Church. Under IRS guidelines, because goods and services consisting of exclusive facilities usage were provided in exchange for this contribution, the value of the benefit received is equal to the donation amount, and no portion is tax-deductible for the donor.

Available Saturday Rental Time Blocks
To make scheduling easy for families and protect our church calendar, we offer dedicated rental windows tailored to your needs. Please note that all booked time blocks strictly include your required setup and break down/cleanup time.
Standard Weekend Blocks (Perfect for Birthday Parties)
We offer dedicated 4-hour rental windows on Fridays and Saturdays:
🌆 Friday Evening Block: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (A popular option for after-school Birthday celebrations!)
🌅 Saturday Block: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 2:00-6:00 PM
☀️ Saturday Afternoon Block: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Weekday Blocks (Monday – Thursday | 50% Off Rental Fees!)
We offer flexible 4-hour windows during the week:
☀️ Morning Block: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🌇 Afternoon Block:2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Sunday Policy: Strictly Closed for Rentals
No Sunday Bookings: Rentals are strictly prohibited on Sundays. Our Kid City suite must remain perfectly clean, sanitized, and secure to welcome our children for check-in before our morning worship service.

Decoration Policy (Protecting Our Walls)
To preserve our historic facility and keep our classrooms looking beautiful for our children, we have a strict wall policy:
To preserve our historic facility and protect our custom-styled Safari wall art, we enforce a strict, zero-tolerance wall policy:
No Attachments Allowed: Absolutely nothing may be taped, tacked, nailed, glued, or stuck to any wall, mural, window, or door surface. Low-tack painter's tape is also prohibited to prevent accidental paint peeling.
What You CAN Bring: Because the room is already beautifully decorated, you won't need much! You are welcome to use standalone tabletop decorations, freestanding floor banners, balloon arches on independent frames, or centerpieces.
Booking Requirements
Capacity: Up to 30 guests maximum (including children and adults).
Age Limit: Must be 21 years of age or older to submit a booking application.
Identification: A valid government-issued Driver’s License matching an eligible zip code is required at booking.
Sunday Ready: Renters are responsible for leaving the classroom in its original, tidy layout, ready for our 10:30 AM Sunday service.

Indoor Active Play Zone: Features a clean, safe 6-in-1 indoor climber playset with a built-in slide, basketball hoop, and telescope!

Zero Alcohol Policy: No alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted anywhere on church property (inside or outside).
Clean Music Only: Music must be family-friendly. Playlists or entertainment featuring profanity, explicit lyrics, or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.

Food & Outdoor Equipment Policies
We want your party planning to be as easy and flexible as possible!
Your Choice of Catering: You are welcome to use any food caterer, restaurant, or vendor of your choice. Food and drinks must remain inside the designated classroom space.
Outdoor Equipment Allowed: You are permitted to set up bounce houses, tents, and outdoor tables/chairs on the designated exterior church property during your 4-hour block.
